My students can’t see my assignments

Please check to make sure that your students are in the correct class and that the assignment is currently available.

If the assignment’s “Date Available” is in the future, students won’t be able to see the assignment until that date. This is an optional feature that allows the teacher to control when students have access to an assignment. (For example, if you want to assign one video each week.)

In order to change the “Date Available” of an assignment, please click on the gear icon next to the assignment title. Then edit the assignment’s date available. (Or remove it altogether–if you don’t set the date available, students will be able to see the assignment as soon as you create it.)

If the student is not in your class, they also won’t be able to see your assignments. You can see which students are in your class by navigating into a class and then clicking on the “Students” tab in the top menu.
